Overall room was very clean, comfortable and great air conditioning. Location is also in a great area located near stores, movies, freeway making it convenient when traveling or staying near Fremont area. Will definitely be returning! ”

”I was calling from 6.30 am and was told to call back at 9am. I was not spending the night so I was requesting an early check in. I was pushed from agent to another. I was also told early check in’s are not guaranteed which I completely understand but I had no help from anyone. An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk...

”Lived this place for couple of reasons. Was close to airport, free parking, pets only cost per $25 staff was very nice. Only issue was ac took a long time to work if at all. Other than that was fine”

”I dont really have any complaints except when i was calling for the airport shuttle, they automatically put me on hold when they answered. Was on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and had to spend money on Uber”
