”Though under renovations at this time, rooms are clean and bedding’s are fresh. Shower and bathroom are very nice. Room was spacious with big ref, microwave and even sink. The staff were courteous and very accommodating esp when we request an urgency for early check-in. They tried their best to accommodate us the best they can. Will definitely stay with Holiday Inn again next time. ”

”Over the past two months, I’ve felt incredibly safe staying at this hotel. After my car was stolen from the parking lot in July, the hotel took immediate action. Since then, every night when I returned, I noticed a security guard patrolling the parking area in a vehicle with flashing lights. It gave me a great sense of reassurance. The hotel staff and management handled everything swiftly and professionally. I truly felt valued and cared for as a guest. ”

”basically a hotel and house smells like cigarettes. lady started changing the sheets on the bed when we walked in 2 hours past check in, which should’ve been done PRIOR to the guest arriving. took like 5 minutes to answer the door even though she lives there as well, so there’s no reason to take so long especially if we called beforehand to let her know we were on our way. didn’t even have enough beds to accommodate me and my friend even though i said i put 2 ADULTS and sent a message during the...
