”Room size was similar to first class berth in a cruise liner but with a large and extremely comfortable bed with allergy free bedding. Plush white towels were a treat as well as 2 mettalic bottles of fresh water every day. Room temp control was extremely responsive, within minutes. Concierge provided me with electric kettle for tea in lieu of Illy coffee maker in room. Excellent centralized location. Restaurant in lobby was great, with fabulous view of legacy designed vaunted ceiling & molding....
” This was our second stay at Cornell Hotel de France. We love the location, friendly staff and decor. Our room was big enough and quiet enough on the 5th floor. We enjoyed the breakfast downstairs in the dining room.
We mostly walked and took public transit all over San Francisco. But one night, we did take advantage of Waymo self driving cars and we highly recommend it. Waymo is a very good driver and gets you safely to your destination.”
