”A wonderful gem tucked into a vibrant community. We stayed for a night to enjoy the city after work. We had a terrific pizza with an eggplant appetizer at a place 6 blocks away. The snacks in the dining room were a delightful treat. We enjoyed reading in the study. The bed was very comfortable. This place is a must stay again.

”Great location! It was super easy to use public transportation to get to all the tourist spots. The hotel offers free parking, but getting around by public transit is much easier and faster. So we only used the garage the first night and then returned the car to the rental company. The garage is small but very safe – it has an electronic gate that opens with the same key card as the room, so only guests have access.

”Being in the Marina at Cow Hollow Inn was fantastic! As a former San Francisco resident, I loved the neighborhood for its convenience to all my best-loved city spots, the quick access to the GGBridge, and the great dining spots in walking distance. The only thing that was sad was having to leave at the end of my wonderful week. I will be back very soon! I’m telling all my SF friends about Cow Hollow Inn for their visiting out-of-town guests. Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm).
Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful.
Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
”Great location, just a short walk away from Japan town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful, quiet and inviting. They offer breakfast in the morning and tea and Sherry in the afternoon which was lovely. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. ”
