”Room was old . Bathroom door handle broken. Paint coming off the walls in bathroom. No toilet paper dispenser. Sheets were old and yellow one of the sheets were stained. Door at the end of hallway kept slamming all night. Towels were stained and ripped. No telephone in room and television was a problem to work. Beds are short and hard to get in and out of.”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”The staff was very friendly & overall the property looks nice. However, there were at least 6 bugs in our room, 2 that were in the bed. According to Google, they weren’t bed bugs, ticks, or fleas (dogs were staying in the hotel) - but nonetheless made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
Additionally, part of the reason why we picked this hotel was the pool & jacuzzi; unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (like “cold plunge” cold, could barely even stand with just our feet on the top step...

”The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean? It was only a one night stay, so I didn’t request anything special. I also booked on Expedia and the site...
