Maalaistalot – Unionville

”Although we have stayed in many Hampton Inn’s before, unfortunately this was the worst. Despite requesting non-pet room, our first room smelled like a dog and we couldn’t even sit in one of the chairs. We were moved to another room that seemed fine until we were getting ready for bed and realized the ceiling was leaking and the bed was soaking wet. On to our third room (at 10pm). In this room, the entire clothes hanging bar in the closet was missing so obviously no hangers or a place to hang...

”The room was nice and clean. I was afraid of staying here alone as a female, but everything was fine! Quiet, safe and clean!”

”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...
