”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”Closed to work”

”If the roll-in shower/shower chair are important to your stay you may need to look elsewhere. I found the configuration here barely workable. Also, there was a little of that something crawling on me felt while trying to go to sleep.”

”Beautiful resort, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.”

”We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast type place so we didnt know what to expect. The grounds are very beautiful, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants which were amazing for breakfast. It was a good experience.”

”Btoken sink bowls lose faucets and handles Terrible beds broken damage a/c units controls minifridge leaking inside room shower damage cealing and walls and faucet harware damage too very poor maintenance”

”You can walk to restaurants.”

”The place was convenient because of location. Not to far from my cousin’s and Lake Anna. Front desk person was nice and helpful when we had to get tp because there was basically none and no extra roll. The place is a little outdated for the price. But we only use it just to sleep. It wasn’t very clean.”

”Clean, quiet and convenient location for all things downtown Culpepper.”
