”What a nice hotel. It appears to be brand new and well maintained. It was clean and bright and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our comfy beds and the full breakfast each morning. The hotel is in the town of Big Bear, a few blocks from the "village" area. We drove, but you could probably walk. There is a nice seating area outside with firepits. We would stay again for sure.”

”They upgraded us to one of the nicer sweets that had a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bed with a separate bathroom, all for well under $200 a night. You can use the amenities at both of their properties, they have a heated pool at one of them. Rooms were great, the only thing I would ask for would be a king size bed, because the biggest beds that were available were Queens. We brought a Roku stick and hung out in the room for quite some time, cuz they had a nice couch...

”We enjoyed using the hot tub and the location was very convenient. The house could use a deep clean though. The house felt very musty. The bed in the master is actually two twins bed which was an annoyance and there were very limited towels provided for showering/hot tub. ”
