”Personnel très disponible et aimable, chambre propre”

”You have to take a taxi to everywhere. No tourist atractions nearby. No sidewalks, and situated on busy road. Food in hotel restaurant was not up to the price. Not the local food or the western. Hotel gym is a joke, just hand weights and threadmill. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Interior was also good. Nice hotel but overpriced.”

”The hotel was very good. The greatest surprise was the room upgrade. Room was just fantastic, very new, clean and comfortable. ”

”I’m sorry I speak very little Bahasa. My stay at the Luminor was very good indeed. Thank you so much.”

”Perfect, nothing to complaint about”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door.”

”After long flight we wasn’t able to check in right away. We have to wait for third party to give us the key . It was hassle there instructions from third party that received last minute. We not able to communicate. All my texted no answer. No internet when online said provided for internet. We stayed one night only from two nights reserved. It was very disappointing. ”
