”I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.”

I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. ”We had a dog with us. We got the 1st floor room and close to the place for our dog to use. Breakfast was various and healthy!!”

”This hotel is a hidden gem. Its very clean, has nice space, convenient to what ai needed, mall, shops, food. Staff was very professional and inviting. Definitely will return again.”

”The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

”The hasn't been vacuumed in years. We found all sorts of nasty stuff on the floor (rotting fruits, dust, trash and splatter). The sheets had hairs all over and all of the bedding is polyester. Asked for a blanket/comforter for the poll-out sofa and they said "no" because she will get fired for giving it out. The bathroom doesn't have a vent, so the ceiling is peeling. Gross smell in the hallways”

”We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”
