”This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.”

”The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

”The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite.”

”The room was very dusty. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and on the faucet. No kleenex. The on not positive was it had a refrigerator. No utensils, kitchen ware. Room smelled like smoke. Bed was hard and when you laid on it, the plastic it was wrapped in crinkled. I was worried about bed bugs but I didn't see any. This looked like a long term place for homeless people. It was a big mistake to stay there for a short business trip.”

”The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.”
