”We don’t need laundry service Night staff didn’t care if coffee was cold .Several people complained about the coffee being cold .She made no attempt to make fresh coffee .Everyone else was very nice.”

”This property is newly managed, they do not allow pets, the property is run down, and the rooms I saw were dirty. I did not stay, as a solo traveler, even with my dog I did not feel safe. ”

”Very nice rooms, breakfast hot and cold items, beds comfy enough, and helpful staff. My only mild complaint, really a sadness, was that the outdoor pool was not open yet. ”

”The photos for this property do match the current conditions. This place is very outdated. The moment you walk in there is a weird smell. The airdryer didn’t work. The hinge on the bathroom door was broken. They give you two medium size towels that are very dingy, old and release a lot of lint. The room next to us played loud music the entire night. Locals do not recommend this place because a lot of homeless people stay there and they have a problem with bedbugs. I do not recommend this place.”

”Breakfast was good, normal for these buffet breakfast. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Hotel was a little hard to find but gps got us there. Not too noisy for a heavy traffic area.”

”Staff was nice, our room was clean and no bugs. Shower didn’t drain at all, it was stocked with towels and bar soaps. (Didn’t bother to ask since it was just a nights stay) it’s a 25 min drive to winstar casino. Walls are very thin and you can hear all kinds of conversations outside. There’s restaurants nearby”

”I had a disappointing experience during my stay. There were people hanging out in front of the hotel, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. When I got to the room, the toilet was overflowing, and staff handed me a plunger and had me clean up the water myself, which was very unprofessional. The room itself was not clean — the floor was dirty, and I even found a teddy bear and a walkie-talkie left behind. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was...
