”Staff was polite and helpful. Room and common areas were clean. I asked for 3 extra pillows for our group but apparently there was only one extra pillow available, It didnt appear to be a full hotel but I may have been wrong. We had a suite with both the bathroom door and the bedroom doors broken, laminate on both was split off the frame so very difficult to close and reopen. The breakfast area tables were set up more like a cafeteria with the tables all in long rows rather than more...

”This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, stains on the bedding. The whole building smells like cat urine. No air conditioning. I spent a total of 30 minutes in my room and then left and found a different hotel. The property did not feel safe or sanitary. Also the front desk lies and says they will refund you online and then when you go online to get said refund they refuse it and claim they never said they would refund the money.”

I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at...

”Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed.”
