”Just a really lovely place to stay! Friendly staff, a welcome drink, water and coffee in the attractive lobby and a wonderful breakfast brought to your room!”

”So much character and charm. Check in and out online was a breeze. Secure parking is free and it’s walking distance to some great food! Recommend montanas rib and chophouse. Loved the little things like a makeup washcloth and “old” washcloths for your dog or muddy shoes. Great beds! We were on the third floor and the floors squeak but expected in a very historic building. Definitely don’t miss the Celtic cowboy pub next door… great atmosphere and so many beers on tap. We would stay there...

”Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities.”

”Parking was nice but not secure. Breakfast ran out fast and not refilled- issues with broken pancake machine or not wanting to change batter, no eggs, no variation of items but nice that they try and offer something at this price point. Coffee and tea in lobby was huge help as coffee machine in room was broke. Beds and rooms were redone and comfy. Bathroom products were pretty good but we needed more than one mini bottle for 3 nights with 2 gals. Loved location to walk downtown and pubs and...

”The room was clean, staff were all courteous and helpful each time we interacted with anyone; while we checked in, roaming the property or asking the housekeeping team for any needed items.The location is great if you're shopping in Great Falls, and it's easy to get to. The parking lot needs some work. But overall this was an enjoyable stay.”

”The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.”

”When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot.”

”Unfortunately, our experience during the stay was disappointing. The lady at the reception seemed quite rude and unwelcoming, as there were no greetings or even a simple warm welcome when we arrived. Good customer service really makes a difference, especially for guests staying away from home. On our second day, we requested partial cleaning or at least a change of towels, but no one came to assist us and there was no follow-up regarding our request. It felt like our concerns were ignored, which...
