”The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good.”

For example, the tile in the bathroom was broken, likely from previous guests, and the overall condition suggests maintenance is overdue. The layout of the bathroom was also a bit inconvenient—it was difficult to get in and out of the shower when someone was using the mirror area. ”i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

”The room was great, but the Wi-Fi did not work. It said it did not match with the name. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points. The...

”The room was super filthy. Toilet had brown rings all around bowl, shower floor was dirty. No shampoo, No soap, just one towel. TV has to be fixed b/c it was missing a cable. The pool was all green full of algae. This was a hotel room and stay from hell.”
