”Everything about this place was perfect. Size: there are few places that offer 40 beds. Our group of 22 adults were thrilled we could all stay under one roof. Location: Just 30 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Nestled away on a quiet road but still a short drive to a Rutter’s. ”The property was very clean, maintained, stocked well, and has great views of the mountains. It accomodated our party of six just fine. Detached from the main house, there is huge covered area with a blackstone for grilling. There is also a firepit.Sher was a great host; communication was quick. The washing machine broke during our stay. She came over within a few minutes, offered to do our laundry, and had a repairman out the next morning.
