”Hintalaatusuhde kehnohko.

”The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay.”

”Appalling experience. First the check-in didn't work and we had to wait for the most flegmatic staff member to come "help" us by waving his hands and claiming it isn't his problem. But we finally got in after some back-and-forth. Others were not as lucky as they got told their reservations are "cancelled" even if they had proof of their bookings.
Then we discovered we had a room in floor 6 and the elevator was broken (as it was for the whole day). The staircases were really dirty with grime and...

”The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage.
The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. ”

”My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”

We got an upgrade to premium room and that was a pleasant surprise :)
Room was spacious, well airconditioned and clean. Wellness center with 3 different saunas was great. Jacuzzi was out-of-order and seemed to have been longer time already.
