Relax in our cosy holiday flat with lake view! The 50m² flat has a well-equipped corner kitchen with a small dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for up to 4 people. Enjoy your meals in our friendly dining area with a spacious, extendable table and comfortable chairs.

Other features include children's toys and books, a stereo system and a TV. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for communal use.



In addition, the accommodation has a romantic south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the evenings.

Both flats have access to the communal garden and a private balcony.

Enjoy your Black Forest holiday in a quiet atmosphere, away from the usual tourist strongholds. Our holiday flats are located in the family-friendly holiday village of Unterkirnach, directly on the Talsee lake. They offer you a wonderful place for your holiday.



It is a 500-metre walk to the village centre, which can be combined with a walk through the wild plant park. The house as well as the village centre are located in the valley, so that none of the usual Black Forest hills have to be climbed with the shopping.

Activities such as the play barn, swimming pool, waterway and some restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The village of Unterkirnach is 7 km from the large district town of Villingen-Schwenningen, 9 km from St. Georgen, 13 km from Triberg and 17km from Furtwangen, so you can drive in all directions without much traffic.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

There are chickens (no rooster) on the property. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed.

A dryer for communal use is available in the basement.
