”This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. ”Comfortable pillows and robes in the room. The flooring looks nice but it gets very slippery when the air con is turned off. It's also very cold when the air con is on so a pair of slippers would be nice. There was no conditioner in the room but it was brought when I requested it. Only two instant coffee bags were brought and that was not really enough so I bought my own instant coffee. ”There is a long driveway from the road that leads to the hotel property however there are no road side signs telling you where to turn in so even with GPS it's easy to miss. ”

They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :)”
