”The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable.

”Worst parking im sorry. I was fearing for my life coming home at 2am. I paid to park because Valet wasn't working. But those rooms are tiny! Very compact & ask for city view but was staring at a wall outside my window. I picked the wrong location.. Hilton doesn't usually disappoint me.”

”This was an excellent location in that we were able to walk to the Spectrum Center in less than two minutes. The staff was very friendly. ”The room was fine, didn’t Vicky the gym but it’s all the way up on the roof, the bar was crowded and the waitstaff wasn’t very helpful or inviting. They don’t specify when you book that they charge your card for the fist night two days prior but “give” you the option to pay when you arrive. The little person at the front desk was very rude. I will not stay here ever again. ”

Carpets smelled
The parking garage was a dungeon, and also operated by a 3rd party, we were charged to pro there (utterly aggravating!)
Breakfast not included
Staff not so friendly
Overall terrible, cannot compare to a Hilton (which has comfy beds/ pillows, free parking and free breakfast with friendly staff), plus we get points.

”I had a wonderful stay. Staff was great (Tye), room was great and location was great. My only compliant would be parking. The parking deck is separate from the hotel so you have to go down the elevator in the parking deck walk over to the hotel get on that elevator to get to the lobby and room. There should be a connection to the hotel from the parking deck or the parking should be free for the inconvenience. It's 35 a day and you have to go to the lobby to validate your ticket to get out the...

”I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next.”
