”I was disappointed when they only had lavender shampoo because of an allergy to lavender. I went and asked the staff downstairs if they had any generic shampoo or shampoo like without lavender, even for sale. They said that’s the only shampoo they carry. They told us the pillows did not have feathers because of an allergy we can have them in our room however we found three pillows with feathers.. when we checked in Jam was super helpful.
Found this hotel to be adequate. And in a good location....

”Clean place, comfortable beds, air conditioner works good. The washer and dryer works works good if you need to use them. No microwave in rooms but there is one in the check-in area to use. There is a menu where you can order/purchase food but that's a hit or miss. We couldn't order it because of "staffing issues". I'm not sure why they have this if a guest can't use it! They have a list of wines but that was a hit n miss as well. Bathroom lighting is very dim, we would have liked it to be...

”A central elevator was out of service forcing a longer walk to another at the side of the building. I thought it was odd to still see signs claiming vending was available on my floor when it was not, more unnecessary walking.
Room was clean and decent with plenty of food choices surrounding the hotel, I walked to the adjoining taco themed restaurant for an excellent quesadilla and would recommend.”

”I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.”
