”Property is about a mile away from St. George Street which I consider to be the downtown historic district. Therefore, it is a car drive with a $20 parking fee or an Uber if you want to go downtown. For the same reason, I find that a major hotel brand with its own parking lot to be nickel and diming guests to pay a nightly parking fee which also happens to be $20. But I guess that's a cost to figure into a travel budget to a tourist destination nowadays. Other than that, hotel was spotless,...

”When you drive up to the office the first thing you see is a bunch of dead bushes. Not a good first impression. The best part of the stay is clean rooms well appointed. This is due to the super friendly and kindly hotel cleaning women. They are great. The hotel needs to repair the hotel door as it doesn't work, neither does the toilet as it shifts and is loose. Overall the outside looks needlessly bad. Just paint the property a pleasant color, like southern light terracotta as the pictures show...

”The hotel and rooms smell very clean but after taking my shoes off in my room, it was obvious not all areas had been swept/vacuumed. Location is the best! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The condition of the room itself could’ve been better for a Hilton. Maintenance is not a priority here. One of our lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom vent fan was broken and there was no AC going to the bathroom. The room thermostat was off by several degrees- having to set it to 66° to make the room 70°....

”A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return ”
