Please know that the health and safety of our guests is our utmost priority, and we have promptly investigated your concerns.As we are required to inspect not only the room that is suspected of having an issue with pests, we also have to inspect the rooms on either side, across the hall, above and below it, so the process does take time and costs us thousands to have it inspected properly, as well as we have to have the rooms out of order causing losses in revenue. This is why it cannot be an immediate response. After thorough inspection of these 6 rooms we can happily confirm that there are no bed bugs present in any of those rooms and you were not exposed to any at our hotel. We take proactive measures to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our accommodations, and we adhere to strict protocols to prevent any pest infestations.We understand the distress situations like this can cause. Our team is committed to providing excellent service and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
