Asuntolaivat – Urgench

”The breakfast was standard. They don’t put flat sheets in the beds just fitting sheets. It is located in a busy street.”

”Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.”

”Beautiful property . I booked a luxury room with marvelous decorations . The room was clean. Breakfast acceptable and friendly staff. The hotel is a little far away from Itchan Kala the historic center of Khiva , but they compensate providing a shuttle service whenever you want to go to the center and back to the hotel in just 10 min . I think was a good experience stayed there”

”Amazing staff, I arrived early but I was able to get in my room immediately. Location is great, especially if you arrive by train. Walking distance from the railway station and also walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was okay, typical Uzbek breakfast. Rooms were clean but a bit wornout. There is a restaurant downstairs so you'll hear the music to your room, luckily both nights I stayed the party ended by 9pm so it didn't really disturb. ”

”It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night”

”Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!”

”No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water”

”まず、テラスからの日の出は素晴らしかった。朝食も素晴らしかった。”

”The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens. If you leave it...

”staff very friendly”

”Oasis is perfectly located to explore the old town (plus, it’s reachable by taxis!). My room had two twin beds and I found them slightly small, but the mattress was perfect for my taste. Room was quiet and warm, in spite of outside chilly weather. Breakfast was very yummy and complete. The manager was extremely helpful, booking my early morning taxi to Urgench airport and leaving me coffee and sweets!.”

”The hotel is reasonable and reasonably located. The problem is with the manager babur. Apparently he is the one who arranges transportation. We had requested him to arrange a transportation early in the morning to get the super fast train from kiva to bukhara and even though he confirmed it at 12:00 midnight, nothing showed up in the morning and that is very difficult in a place where people mainly speak Russian or Uzbek”

”The one thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the train station, so it's very convenient for catching an early morning train. Otherwise, it advertises more than it offers. The promised city view was a window looking out onto the wall of the next door building, the hot water heater to make tea was broken, and the a/c was weak. There was no sign of any spa or other amenities.”
