The owner was extremely helpfull and wanted to live great service also The breakfast was good. Hotel is located 1,5 km away from The historic centre so alla tours won't fetch you from this location but hotel Will help you with The bookings and they provide free airport transfer. Rooma are bit outdated and location is not best one but you will receive great service and you van support this...

”The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us.”

”Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

”Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room...

”This place is simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is very cute, very well maintained and the restaurants offer so many choices. The food is delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly, like ao many people is Peru. The breakfast buffet haa many choices and there is an omelet station where they make them to order. Also the kitchen made pancakes and gluten free pancakes for my wife who is celiac. There are plenty of local dishes/foods too. I will finish by thanking...

”Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. ”
