”On arrival I attempted to check in, although slightly prior to 3 pm, The staff advised the unit was still being cleaned and would contact me via my mobile once it is available. I left waited until 3pm as I had not had any contact went back to the office to attempt to get into the accomodation as per the contract I was supposed to be allowed as of 3pm. I advised the staff I wish to get into my accomodation and was disappointed that I had not been contacted as promised. I was given the key and...

”Overall it appeared as a nice renovated unit however a few things needed to be fixed-bunk bed broken, light flickered, towel rack, tv screwed to wall, a blind broken and a cracked glass.
Needed a good clean-glass door, wall in main bedroom, roof above bunks and sheet and pillowcase had stains.
No remote control for bedroom tv or air cons.
Size of saucepans didn’t fit on stove at same time.
One coat hanger for clothes cupboard.
We just thought we’d highlight these things for addressing before...

”The perfect stopover on our way to the Gold Coast. We were towing a camper trailer and easily parked underneath our villa. The grounds were peaceful and serene with holidayers catching fish.
I highly recommend this place.”

”the only thing I could pick that was not up to standard was the cooking smells ( I think that is what it was) when we opened the door to our tiny cabin. Smelt of fried fish.”
