The holiday apartment is situated on a 16,000 sq m, partially natural property directly on the water with its own private beach and boat dock. A boat that doesn't require a license is available for use. In summer, you can purchase fruit and vegetables grown on the property. In autumn, you can experience the apple harvest and take home your supply for the winter. A covered barbecue area with a wood-fired oven is at your disposal.

During the colder months, you can enjoy a sauna in the basement of the house.
