Slow down in a comfortable atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city!

Our house can accommodate 6 people + toddler/baby. The 6th person should not be older than 12 years old as they sleep in the upper bunk bed. There are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed), as well as another sleeping area (2 single beds), which is located on the gallery. All bedrooms have darkenable windows with insect screens and are equipped with reading lights. All mattresses and slatted frames have been renewed! The mattresses are barrel pocket spring mattresses with a gel topping and are approx. 26 cm high.

For toddlers/baby there is a travel cot + mattress, baby chair, trip trap, bathtub, toilet seat, etc. available.

The comfortable living room with a large leather seating area invites you to read, rest and relax. There is also a satellite TV (another one is in the gallery), books and games for adults and children. From the living room you go directly to the large south-facing terrace, which has plenty of furniture with cushions, two large parasols and a barbecue.

The cozy dining area with corner bench offers enough space for the whole family and is directly adjacent to the open kitchen, which is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, mixer, hand blender and egg cooker .
In the house there is a shower room with toilet and washing machine. You can dry your laundry on the rotary clothes dryer in the in-house garden. The garden is approx. 350 m² in size and can be used for playing, running around and slowing down.

The house has a parking space in the parking lot belonging to the complex, there is free WiFi and the two-person kayak that belongs to the house is also included. Our own rowing boat on the lake can be rented from May to October (subject to availability).
