The comfortable recreation complex is located on a fenced property in a quiet part of the resort, 500 m from the beach. The city center is within a few steps.
Elegant 3-room apartments have individual entrances from the outside. They are located on the first floor. There is a spacious living room with a TV and a large table. The kitchen is connected to the living room. Bathroom with shower. There are 2 comfortable, separate bedrooms at guests' disposal. Each apartment has a covered terrace with a set of lounge furniture. Deckchairs are also provided. Barbecue facilities are available. Central heating. Wireless internet is available. Guests have access to a washing machine located in the common area (for an additional fee).
The well-kept property has a safe parking lot, a garden gazebo, and a playground.
The center offers tickets for the nearby Helios swimming pool complex (300 m from the center; indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, saunas - PLN 30/hour for 1 person).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water consumption, firewood (outside the holiday season), baby cot, high chair, internet, parking.
Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside atmosphere, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort.
The international bicycle route R-10 runs through Ustronie Morskie, along which you can easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, a promenade). On the way you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Driving in the opposite direction (east) you can visit Gąski (lighthouse), Sarbinowo and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
