”Staff is incredible, very welcoming and accommodating! The property is immaculately clean and beautiful. Every single detail was though of and there were so many goodies to make the stay even better. The location is easily walkable and extremely quiet at night. This is in my top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in ever and I do travel international and in the United States often. Highly recommend! ”

”Great location in the geisha district! Beautiful hotel and excellent service! We left on a very early train and couldn’t get a taxi so the front desk person drove us to the train station! ”

”Beautiful spacious room. The buffet breakfast was well organized. The buffet offered a variety and even had Kanazawa specialty foods.
The laundry room was kept clean. The rooms were cleaned so nicely. The staff was very respectful. Overall enjoyed our stay there. ”

”Very clean room and the only king sized bed we were able to secure as a standard room in Lanazawa. Location is a bit north of most sights but very nice all able to Higashi-Chaya district. The city itself is very walkable so not an issue you’ll just get your steps in .”

”Neat hotel that offered a traditional style with modern amenities and check in process. The space was great and offered a good separation for our son to have his own bed. The bath was so nice and welcome after a day of walking and sight seeing. The playground in the neighborhood was perfect and we enjoyed dining close by. The walkable distance to the station was great and check in worked fine at the other hotel, they held our bags as we were early. Never figured out the wifi but didn't ask...

”Good location (20 min walk from the train station) the room’s are nice size as well. We tried the breakfast one morning, it was alright, naturally more of japanese style. So if your looking for western style breakfast, maybe find a coffee shop for less money. The lounge was a nice touch. ”

”The hotel was modern and room was surprisingly big. But there was traffic noise even the room was on the upper floors because it was facing the street. My room type didn't have rooms on the more quiet side of the building. There was no much help of the staff because they didn't speak English or "were too busy to help". Location was great to explore Kanazawa.”

”Uff un alojamiento de lo mejor, cerca del distrito de Higashychaya donde están las geyshas y como a 5 minutos en taxi del mercado de Omycho y del distrito de Namagachi, donde vivían los Samurais, el castillo de Kanazawa también a 3 minutos caminando, está en una calle inclinada por lo que de regreso hay que subir, no hay supermercado cerca, hay family mart como a 10 min caminando y todo cierra temprano en Kanazawa por lo que pedimos un par de veces por Uber Eats, la casa es de tres piso, el baño...
