Valet did leave my car unlocked and the windows down in the parking lot, which I pointed out and was corrected. Overall we love the peaks and will be back”

”The hotel was a small but lovely place. We had a room with a full size bed, we thought we were getting a queen, and a shared bathroom, that we were told was very nice bathroom. The shower was like a camoer shower, the way it was explained we wete under assumption it was a spa like bathroom. I understand most Colorado does not have Air conditioning, it was 85 degrees in the hotel at 8PM. Large steep flight of stairs to walk to the rooms wasn't pleasant for a handicapped person.

”This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I...
