This is your dream vacation apartment in Utersum! At 75 m², it offers plenty of space for pure vacation bliss and comfortably accommodates four people plus a small child.

The apartment is located on the upper floor and is ideally suited for four people. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. From one side of the apartment, you have a view towards the sea. A wood-burning stove in the living room ensures cozy winter evenings.

In part of the garden, you'll find a beach chair, table and chairs, as well as two sun loungers. The large garden offers ample space for relaxation and play for the children. A washing machine and dryer, as well as clotheslines in the garden, are available for shared use by guests of both apartments.

The Heike house contains two vacation apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The garden is shared by all guests.
