”The room was not clean. The door only locked shut when body slammed from the outside. That meant while in the room the two secondary locks were the only way to secure myself. I checked out a day early with someone at the front desk and now I am being told that stayed an additional night. Definitely do not recommend going here. ”

”I was not sure what to expect in hotel room in a small town like Houston, but was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Check in/out was very easy. I would recommend. ”

”Everything very was clean, the pillows were decent, the reception was efficient and friendly, bed was so hard I think the carpeted floor would have been softer, there was some minimal noise from Hwy 61, but not too much, breakfast looked good waffle options and a good amount of fresh fruit, the curtains did not cover the windows enough to fully block out the very bright lights outside the hotel. ”I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

”Room wasn’t clean/ dirty side tables. Check in is odd. 6pm check in and you pick up a phone and then staff come out to help. Turn on heat and it smelled like dust immediately. I didn’t have the nice floors in my room, but the carpet appeared pretty new. The view was 0 starts. My window opened to tire level of the parking lot. It was quiet, and the breakfast was as you would expect. Adequate for an unexpected stay. ”

”Blood stain on extra pillow’s pillowcase. Bathroom door is warped and wouldn’t close all the way. Dried paint on washcloth. Shower stall was questionable and the shower curtain was terribly yellowed. TV rests on top of microwave. The floor slants terribly. You sign in with pencil. $76 was way too much for all of this. Maybe $40 cuz the room was warm but that should be the highest. ”

” Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”
