”Good location, to go from a D to a B grade it could use new sheets, replace the cracked toilet seat, clean the blood off the front door, fix the broken board on the entrance stair, buy a replacement freezer door handle for the white Frigidaire refrigerator, put hangers in the closets and steam clean the carpets, probably can be done under $400”

”Smelled like gas upon entry, unfinished remodel, exposed wood, missing doors, no lock upon entry of complex. NOT SAFE. We didn’t stay and ended up driving all the way home. No follow up communication. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ”

”This house was very nice. The pool area was the biggest hit for the family. Love the size of pool, the easy in and easy out in the shallow end. There are plenty pool toys and towels supplied. Hot tub was very relaxing. Kitchen and bathrooms have plenty of supplies. ”

”We recently stayed here for our annual guys weekend and the house had everything we were looking for to have a great weekend. The house was clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities needed. Ryan and Kiki are great hosts. The communications with them was easy and prompt, and the instructions they left were clear and detailed. We also loved the easy access to hiking and fishing. Overall just a great place. ”
