The apartment is located in a quiet area of Utjeha, Petovica Zabio, just 300 meters from the sea. In the immediate vicinity you can find a market (500m), a restaurant (500m), as well as various facilities for leisure and recreation. Utjeha is known for its crystal-clear sea and pebble beaches, and in the surrounding area you can enjoy numerous water activities such as diving, sailing, or kayaking. For those who like to explore, the nearby towns of Bar and Ulcinj offer a rich cultural and gastronomic experience.

The property consists of 16 apartments, and the pool is shared among all guests. The owners do not live on site but are always available for any help or information.

The apartment has an area of 38 m2 and is located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor of the building. It can accommodate up to five people. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a bed measuring 180×200 cm, while the living room 2 has a sofa (140×200 cm) and an armchair (90×200 cm). The bedroom contains a wardrobe. The apartment also features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom has a shower cabin, but a washing machine is not available. Air conditioning is provided in the apartment and its use is included in the price. Wi-Fi internet is available, and the TV is a smart TV with cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, cleaning supplies, and an iron.

Outdoor area and additional amenities:
Guests have access to a spacious terrace (15 m2) with sea view, as well as private parking. Within the complex, there is a courtyard with a shared garden and a barbecue, ideal for socializing and relaxing. The property also has a shared pool, which is available to all guests but is not heated. The apartment also has a balcony (3 m2) with views of the sea and mountains.

House rules:
A damage deposit of €100 is required. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed, and quiet hours must be respected. Children are welcome, and groups younger than 25 are allowed.

Cleaning service is included in the price. The owners do not live in the same building, and other guests stay in the property as well.
