A combined living/dining/kitchen area, a bathroom, and a separate WC: Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining table with seating for up to eight people, and a beautiful and spacious living area with a smart TV and desk. From the living room, you can access the east-facing balcony, which is furnished with attractive garden furniture.

Bathroom: A modern, high-quality bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, double vanity, and shower.

WC: Separate WC with a urinal.

A staircase leads to the third floor:

Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a double bed, a cozy reading nook, a smart TV, and access to the balcony.
