”Great stay for the price. Great service we enquired about available for some ice for our drinks and tgey del8vered some to our room. Only negative was noisy graval drive.”

”This is definitely worth a stay when in Forbes. Chris and team were so accomodating and friendly. Comfortable, quiet and warm rooms with excellent facilities for heating up food. I loved having my breakfast on the patio at the back of our room. ”

”Room was okay, no quilt on the bed - it was just a sheet and then the bedspread on top so we had to use the blanket provided in the cupboard which usually is not needed as all the other motels we stayed in had a quilt on the bed already. No water pressure in shower and the shower head was leaking a lot. Very small shower recess too.”

”You get a little piece of paper and that's your internet access code. It is valid for 3 hours and you can use it the reception area only. Rooms are quirky but clean. Breakfast was just something out of the cardboard.”

”Entry to room is open to the elements, and has a very small concrete step to gain access. The roadways are very uneven, and hold water , especially near room entries. Generally, once past the reception, the pile up of garden rubbish is certainly needing removal, or at least tidying up.”
