3-bedrroms, 2 -bathrooms; 1 king with bathroom, 1 king room and 1 queen room

share the hall bathroom. Library/Game room has doors that close and 1 queen

sofa bed. Sunroom with ping pong table has 1 twin bed and 1 double futon.

Living room has 1 queen sofa bed and 1 twin window bed by the fireplace.

Closet holds 1 twin rollaway, 3 twin foam mats for the floor, pillows for all,

2 fold up baby pack n plays with linens, 1 highchair.



**Star Suite**



Star Suite has outside stairs and a deck with views of the hills and stars. A

unique private Suite with 2 sleeping areas; 1 king bed in private area, 1

queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed in living area. Walk in shower, full kitchen

Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi TV. It's perfect for 2 to 6 people. Observe the night sky in

a Dark Sky area, free from city lights in the Star Suite.

Inside, the home is equipped with modern amenities including full kitchen, 3

refrigerators with freezers, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi TV, DV and VCR Players, Plus lots of

Hot tub timer for gas heater comes on from 7pm to 11pm.



No fireworks, BB or other Guns.



No Campfire during dry conditions, Burn Ban.



Be Good Neighbors Don't Disturb Wildlife - Keep Music level down. Quiet time

is 11pm to 8am



No Golf Carts, 4 wheelers or Vehicles on Hiking Trails.



Wash dishes before check out and put key back in key box.







**PET POLICIES:**



• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, weighing 50 lbs or less each



• Only well behaved, house-trained; Won't chew on furniture, rugs or scratch

floors, walls, doors



• Dogs allowed Inside Only in their kennel/cage



• Don't allow them on furniture or beds



• Only leashed or tied when outside of yard and on trails



• Pickup & throw poop out in bushes



• Do not allow dogs to dig in yard or flower beds



• Dog owner responsible for dog's safety, and for any damages to lodging

property



• Do not allow your dogs to bark excessively, run free or chase wildlife



• Please pick up most of the dog hair



• $60 fee per stay, 1 or 2 dogs (covers pet hair clean up, spraying inside for

fleas & ticks)
