It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 50 m² garden. The south-facing terrace and garden offer unobstructed views. The terrace is well shaded in summer thanks to a magnificent wisteria. Located in a secure residence, the Place aux Herbes is just a 10' walk away.

The accomodaion comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood not provided)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 and 3 : with two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A heated, shared 18mx10m swimming pool, open from May 15 to September 15, with safety fence.
- 50 m² enclosed garden
- An 18 m² south-facing terrace, not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Uzès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Visit the town of Uzes, with its many historic monuments and pretty streets (10 min. walk from the accommodation)
- Art museum
- A few km away, canoeing and kayaking on the surrounding rivers on the way to the Pont du Gard.
- Nîmes, with its arena and historic monuments
- Avignon, with its Palace of the Popes, its theater festival in July and its pretty town.
- 50 kms away is the magnificent city of Arles, with its arena, ancient theater and van Gogh museum. All around is the Camargue, with its salt marshes and pink flamingos.
- 80km away is the sea, at La Grande Motte or Le Grau du Roy.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
