”Asked room from a top floor, it was not honored. Very very loud hotel, people running in the corridors and slamming doors until midnight. Hotel has seen it’s vest days. Breakfast non existent, everything was either run out or machines were broken. Can not recommend.”

”The guy at the front desk started off our stay right!! So nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and hospitable. He offered us water and knew the answers to all of our questions! The room was clean and comfy. Room service was delicious although delivery could use some work. All and all from valet to plenty of pillows… I will keep staying here anytime I’m in Little Rock. Thank you! ”
”This is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless.”

”Residence Inn is is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. And that is a hotel about every 2 weeks. The only problem we had was with the Air Conditioner. We had to turn it down to 67 to get any cold air out. Turn to 68 or 69 it pumped out heat. So we had to stay in 65 degree air. Sitting was a problem but in the bed we could cover up and be comfortable. Our room number was 123 I think. It was the last room on the right on the ground floor. But we will be back maybe with sweaters.”

”The room, property, and staff were wonderful. The parking attendants were horrible. We were screamed at and refused parking even though the front desk let them know we were arriving. Absolutely awful treatment by parking attendants ”
