”The home was clean, looked like the online photos, and was in a great location. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Wasn't able to reach housekeeper/local property manager via text but wasn't a big deal. Would recommend.”

”Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!”

”Very nice lodge-type condominium, clean and comfortable, great shower, great breakfast. Only downsides were the kitchen countertop was crowded with a second microwave, and I wished the small bag of coffee grounds indicated the weight so I would know how much water to add. ”
