While you're just a stone's throw from everything West Vail has to offer, you can walk out the door to nearby trails and parks. The Avon Recreation Center and the Walking Mountains Science Center are also nearby to explore.

The lower-level studio boasts a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a table for dining or wintry weather card games. After a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, put your feet up by the wood-burning fireplace and watch your favorite shows. Check emails or work from the comfort of the bedside desk. Additional perks include a private gas grill and a washer/dryer to let you pack lightly and keep your laundry under control during your visit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
