The sofa in the living room is a brand new pullout sofa with a queen size bed and a memory foam mattress. This property has all new bedding, furniture, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor patio furniture to have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while enjoying stunning views of Lionshead Village and the Vail Slopes.

There is a pack-n-play available, as well as a booster seat and Bumbo seat for younger children, fully stocked showers, and a full size washer and dryer. There is Roku TV in each bedroom and Xfinity in the main living area, free wifi, and all new appliances in the kitchen.

Our cleaning services disinfect the entire condo in between each guest, bleach all linens, and spray for Covid-19 to insure that each of our guests feel safe and comfortable coming into our home. All touch points are disinfected, and all proper Covid-19 cleaning protocols are followed very strictly.

This property has a heated outdoor pool (summer only) and 2 heated year round hot tubs for guests, covered parking, and a private ski locker on the lower level to store your gear. The Lionshead shuttle is right outside your door, runs every 10 minutes, and takes you directly into Vail Village (a short 4 minute ride).
