”The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure.”

”Not having air conditioning during the hot weather was uncomfortable and having the windows opened at night to cool off the room was difficult with loud I70 traffic. Only having one elevator that ran slow was an inconvenience as well. I liked having 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms with a living space and kitchen.”

”When I booked I was told parking was free. They are now charging $35/car daily.
Hotel is outdated. No air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Condo is very small. We were put in a room for disabled which we didn’t request. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the shower was small and kept flooding the bathroom no matter what we did to avoid it.
Not the most pleasant stay for me.”
