”Stay at a different hotel. This is the first review I have ever posted and first visit to Vail, I usually just don’t return/support the restaurant or hotel in the future when we have a bad experience. When you travel to Vail you expect a nice resort and this one was so disappointing. We stayed in a room called a Luxury Room King Bed which was an upgraded king room with balcony. The balcony was below ground level with view of walls. Our room was dirty with bugs and hair on the floors and sinks....
