Bus station is down the road but bus service stops at 7 pm It’s on a steep hill, no problem for us but should be considered. Didn’t feel kitchen was well-stocked: no frying pan, no salt/pepper. Make sure to stock up on basics like coffee pods and oil for cooking.”

”My husband, adult son and I stayed for several days and had a great time exploring the region. The home is lovely and comfortable, with great views, and great access to trails right out the front door. Our host was gracious and helpful with check in and check out. Our only glitch was having to pay an additional tourist fee at the end. Maybe we missed this info when we booked, but it was disappointing. Other than that, we recommend this vacation rental.”

The living room has a beautiful light in the afternoon. The residence is rather quiet The charming village of Ernen is only a few minutes away walking. All excursions are very conveniently reachable by car or by walking to the village and in the surroundings. There is a road with some traffic just behind...
