There is a somewhat narrow time window when staff are present to receive you, between 2:30 pm and 7 pm, unless you make specific arrangements with them. The room and bathroom were fine and there is a common area kitchen. If on foot, the location of the hotel within the walled historic city is fine, not far from the central square but up a hill. Restaurants are also nearby. The bus stop to the nearest train...

”Beautiful hotel quaint town with plenty to see. Very helpful staff, nice delicious breakfast. We had a lovely time. The beds and pillows are very firm which takes getting used to but overall we were very impressed.”

”The property is beautiful with vistas of San Gimignano and surrounding vineyards. We drank wine sitting in the garden and had dinner there as well. Food was delicious. A wonderful retreat for a night on our travels through Tuscany.”

”We had an amazing stay at Antica Torre del Borgo. It was clean, quiet, awesome views, breakfast was delicious and Sasha was very helpful and attentive. Our breakfast gal Rosa did an awesome job and was very friendly and helpful as well. Loved our stay there. ”

Arrivati alla reception veniamo dirottati in una camera di un altro affittacamere, fortunatamente abbastanza vicino e in zona centrale. Ci viene fatto un piccolo sconto rispetto alla cifra della prenotazione, paghiamo comunque di più rispetto alle tariffe pubblicate su internet da quest'ultimo affittacamere. Poca chiarezza da parte dei proprietari sulla nostra prenotazione, guardacaso la stessa...
