The apartment is described as spacious and bright, featuring comfortable and cosy furnishings throughout. The living and dining room is equipped with 1 double sofabed and provides direct access to the balcony, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and meals. The 1 bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. The open-plan kitchen, which likewise opens onto the balcony, is fully integrated into the living space and completes the functional layout of this well-appointed apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.
