”Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for...

”Nous avons logé dans un très grand appartement de 3 chambres, deux salles de bain, grand salon et cuisinette. Il était splendide avec son plafond cathédrale, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons profité de la jolie petite piscine sur le toit, avec une vue 360 sur la Toscane, vignobles et cyprès à l’appui. Nous avons profité de la dégustation de vins avec le charmant Aldo, qui a été plus que généreux avec notre famille. Un séjour inoubliable, gros merci!”

”Die Unterkunft an sich hat ein sehr schönen Blick. Es fällt leider im Zimmern Ausstattung wie Sessel oder kleiner Esstisch, dass man mindestens beim schlechten Wetter drinnen was isst. Das Restaurant war zu und der Kühlschrank war defekt. Heißt es Morgiger Kaffee oder Tee ist schwierig, da der nächste Ort paar Kilometer entfernt ist.”

”Beautiful area, very cosy and romantic Villa with an excellent service and all the amenities you need. We visited at the end of the season and the place was empty. We were the only customers. However, the hotel didn't bargain in service, the breakfast was made for an army of people when we were just the two of us eating. All the premises are in excellent condition, clean and modern. We will absolutely make another visit when in Toscany next time.”

It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. ”We had an amazing time staying at this property: the staff were super helpful, going beyond what was expected to accommodate our late arrival. The room was very clean and cozy looking, the views surrounding the property were breathtaking, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The view of the property were we had our breakfast, looked like a postcard. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit it again”

”Trata-se de uma acomodação simples, mas muito limpa e arrumada. O rapaz que fez nosso check in foi muito gentil, rápido, nos serviu café enquanto esperávamos, atenção total ao hóspede. A parte ruim é subir dois andares com malas, pois não tem elevador. O café da manhã é na Cantina que pertence tb ao Borgo, a qualidade dos alimentos é excelente, porém o atendimento é demorado.
