”Very beautifully located and renovated place with great history, peaceful atmosphere and super-friendly service. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden and it was great as it changed a bit every day. Room was spacious and clean with tub and fridge etc. Great views and many nice places to hang outside and read a book etc. The pool area was lovely also. Great value for your money! The only downside was a bit slow/at times non-existent wifi.”

The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. ”Location was incredible. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up missing check in due to a late train and they were very kind to set up late check in for us last minute. Rooms were so cute and spacious. Had read some reviews about the noise from the plaza being loud, but we couldn't hear a thing. Will be staying here again when visiting Florence.”
