”We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

”I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

”Both Mornings I went for Breakfast, not late, they were out of coffee, had to ask. The choices for food, was ok, but not great. Not near enough tables to eat at though, very small area! My room was clean, and nice, was a little smaller than I expected. The air conditioner was on the wall next to the bed, not much room to walk around it. And the fan was stuck, couldn't move the direction it was blowing, even could feel it clear across the room. I tried to turn fan to low, not much different!”

”The Americinn in Forest Lake was affordable and clean. My son enjoyed playing in the large pool, but the hot tub was under repair. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The beds were comfortable.”

”I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it. I wouldn't use anyway so that part didn't matter to me. Across the parking lot was a very good home cooked food cafe and bakery. I would definetly stay ther again.”

”Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for what was supplied. What I didn't like was that fact that we came back to our room on our last night to find the door ajar. Cleaning supplies were left on the bathroom sink area. Totally felt this was quite concerning. Seemed like person doing the cleaning seem to leave in a hurry and did not finish her/his job thus leaving the door ajar. Rather displeased by this issue. Reported to front desk and”
